The gathering has been rescheduled for Wed, Feb 8th!
Starting in 2017, we are refactoring Practical Agility to Product Agility. We will still be talking all things agile and lean (e.g XP, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and more), but our focus will shift from “How to do Agile?” to “How to learn about customer and products?” through the use of agile methods and other processes and practices. Our community discussions will be more about exploring our experiences getting things done to become more confident that we balance our learning about doing the right things.
You need to show up ready to respectfully challenge the status quo, think skeptically and be open to learning from others. If you have any session ideas for 2017, we will be gathering topics to explore. Possible topics we have in mind range from building anti-fragile systems with chaos engineering to the many ways we can learn “outside the code” about customers, product ideas and services.
The session will follow a familiar format:
- 5:30 – The evening will start with food and drink and conversation
- 6:00 – David Hussman starts the evening’s discussions with a presentation on the ideas posted on productagility.org as a way to spark discussion
- 7:00 – A fishbowl discussion on product agility, product discovery and product delivery
All Product Agility sessions will take place in the basement of DevJam, 818 West 46th, Mpls MN 55419. You can park in back and enter through the side door or come in through Studio 2 Cafe and head through the black chalk board door in the back.
